036 - Marge's Twister Batik

This quilt is one where the quilt is made with squares, then recut with a twister ruler, sewn back together and add another border.  I liked it so much - I bought the book and the ruler.  "In the Moment" by Anne Bright was the design chosen, since it looks like wind blowing through the windmills.
