1016 - Debbie's Baby quilt

This fun baby quilt had some 3-d features that required a more custom treatment.  The blue square had some cellophane that crinkled when touched, so we didn't want to quilt over that, and the last picture shows a block that has a loop to attach a toy.   Quilter's Dream Puff batting makes this quilt very cuddly.
